| In order for players to tryout for the golf team, they must obtain a Permit to Participate form from the Athletic Office. This permit must be filled out by the player's physician after passing a physical exam and returned to the Athletic Office PRIOR to the first day of tryouts. |

| All players who make the PHS Golf Team must be at each practice on time Monday through Friday. |

| All players must abide by District 214's Co-curricular Code |

| When a player is ill or unable to attend practice, please contact the appropriate level boy's golf coach as soon as possible. |

| The golf coaching staff encourages players to practice their individual skills on weekends and after scheduled practice hours. |
| |
| The golf coaching staff encourages players to compete in competitive tournaments throughout the summer to prepare for high school level competition. |
| |
| Players are expected to uphold all rules pertaining to golf (USGA) and display proper etiquette. |
| |
| Players are expected to model good sportsmanship . |
